Step 1
Initial Consultation
You’ll meet with one of our skilled in-house designers to discuss your vision for your home. Your designer will want to learn about how you will use the space, understand your style, and get an idea of your budget for the project. We’ll also discuss some potential design ideas.
We’ll take all of the information gathered at this meeting and develop a preliminary budget and design agreement for your approval.

Step 2
Concept & Design Development
Once the design agreement is in place, we begin by documenting existing conditions, photographing the space, and measuring all affected areas. This allows us to create accurate “as-built” floor plans that incorporate key elements like cabinetry, appliances, and fixtures.
After finalizing the design, we present a detailed construction proposal. Upon approval, we reserve your project start date and guide you through product selections, including cabinetry, tile, lighting, and more. Our team conducts an on-site evaluation to anticipate potential challenges.
With selections finalized, we refine floor plans, elevations, electrical layouts, and HVAC plans before presenting a firm project price and final contract documents for approval.

Step 3
Construction
This is the final stage to begin construction. Scheduling the construction start date is dependent upon receipt of the permit and the anticipated arrival date of long lead materials.
Due to supply chain issues, we have to work backwards from when critical materials are arriving to determine when we can start construction. Our goal is to keep your project moving along during the construction phase so you can start enjoying your remodel as soon as possible.

Step 4
Follow-up
Our commitment to quality doesn’t end when construction is complete. After your remodel is finished, we conduct a thorough inspection, ensuring every detail meets our high standards. We’ll walk through the space with you, addressing any final touches and making sure everything functions seamlessly.
Once you've had time to settle in, we follow up to ensure your remodeled space is meeting your expectations and enhancing your daily life. If any adjustments are needed, our team is here to assist.
